To register your child, please complete and submit the following two forms below:

  • Student Registration Form

Additional Program Information

Please complete the following information about your child's participation in Apollo-Ridge Bible2School program. You must also complete and submit the Student Registration Form.

Lunch Options(Required)
Please choose only ONE option for your child's lunch at Bible2School. Any changes in lunch option can be emailed at a later date.
Playtime(Required)
Children attending an Apollo-Ridge Bible2School program will have the opportunity to jump in a bounce house, climb rock walls, and play on a playground. All equipment is state inspected and well maintained, and children are monitored by adult program volunteers at all times. Please indicate below YES or NO if your child may participate in these activities and that you agree to hold harmless The Rock Church Kiski Valley, Bible2School volunteers, and Bible2School for any possible incident.
If yes, please give the friend's name below, and we will do our best to seat them at the same table.

Apollo-Ridge Bible2School Classes:

2nd Grade: Tuesdays from 9/8 – 4/20 from 11:30 – 12:30

3rd Grade: Tuesdays from 9/8 – 4/20 from 12:05 – 1:05

4th Grade: Thursdays from 9/10 – 4/22 from 12:10 – 1:10

5th Grade: Thursdays from 9/10 – 4/22 from 12:10 – 1:10

6th Grade: Tuesdays from 9/8 – 4/20 from 12:45 – 1:45
